Complete a delivery¶
What this is for¶
Mark a shipped delivery as done so the fulfillment loop is closed.
Concepts¶
Completed (check icon) appears when status is Shipped. That is the last forward step.
Do not complete if the goods came back unused — use Return goods to the warehouse first.
After Completed, this delivery is finished. Pending qty that you never put on an order can still sit on Items Pending Delivery.
Before you start¶
- The delivery is Shipped.
Steps¶
- Open View Delivery.
- Click Completed.
- Confirm if the product asks. Status becomes completed.
What happens next¶
If anything is still pending on the invoice, See what still needs to ship and generate another order.
Record a payment if they have not paid.
If something looks wrong¶
- No Completed. Status is not Shipped yet — finish Ship a delivery order.
- You completed by mistake. There is no simple undo; talk to your admin. Returns are for Shipped goods coming back, not for a completed delivery in this job.
