Create your account

What this is for

Open an EpicBiz company so you can sign in and run the business. This is Sign Up — three screens, then an email. You are not in the product yet.

Concepts

Sign Up registers your company (the subscriber). It is not the same as adding a customer later.

You type Company Legal Name, Main Address, and tax details here. You will refine how the company looks in Company Settings after you log in.

The last screen asks you to accept the terms and conditions of Service. A paid plan or extra modules later will ask you to accept them again.

Before you start

  • You do not already have an account for this company. If you do, use Log in instead.
  • An email address you can open right after signup (activation is the next job).
  • Your legal name, street address, phone, and tax number for the country you select.

Steps

  1. On Sign In, click here next to Don't have an account? Register. Or open Sign Up directly.
  2. On Tell me about your company, enter Company Legal Name, Main Address, Country, State, Company Phone Number, City, and Zip Code. Click Next.
  3. On Tell me about you, enter First Name, Last Name, Email, and Work Phone Number. Cell Phone Number is optional. Set Password and Repeat Password (at least 12 characters, with uppercase, lowercase, and a number or symbol). Click Next.
  4. On Tell me about your tax information, enter Tax Id Type (if the list is shown), Tax Number, and Sales Tax Name. Choose Templates, Accounts and Logging Language, Currency, and the money thousand separator. Check By registering your company you accept our terms and conditions of Service (the link opens the terms). Click Submit.
  5. You should see Sign Succeeded and: Your registration was successful, please check your email for activation instructions. You can click Log in, but the account is not usable until you activate.

What happens next

Activate your account — open the email and confirm. After that you start on the free subscription. Change your plan and turn a module on when you need more.

Then Set up your company inside Company Settings.

If something looks wrong

  • The form will not go Next. Required fields have a red asterisk. Fix the highlighted errors (phone format follows the country).
  • Email is already in use. Log in, or use Forgot password.
  • You landed on Sign Succeeded but see no mail. Continue with Activate your account (resend the message).
