See recurrent revenue

What this is for

See contracted revenue by customer, broken into daily / weekly / monthly / yearly buckets — including what is still left on fixed-term deals.

Concepts

Reports → Clients → Recurrent revenue by customer.

The note on the page: Daily through Remaining include fixed-term contracts only. Subscription (per period) sums active contracts with no fixed end date; amounts are per billing period, not contractual remaining.

This is a snapshot (Date on the report), not the invoice list. Ongoing-only (no end date) is also See subscription revenue.

Before you start

  • Active contracts exist (or you expect an empty table).

Steps

  1. Open Reports.
  2. Under Clients, click Recurrent revenue by customer.
  3. Read the customer rows. Print to CSV or the PDF icon if you need a file.

What happens next

Open a customer’s contracts if a number looks off. To change prices: Schedule a price adjustment.

If something looks wrong

  • Empty report. No active fixed-term contracts, or none in this company.
  • Subscription column disagrees with “remaining”. That column is per period, not leftover term — see the note on the page.
